This study aims to examine the overview and differences in self-regulated learning among elementary school teachers terms of external factors such as teacher income, job position, status. The participants were 72 primary junior high from North Sumatra recruited using an incidental sampling method. measuring instrument employed is a self-regulating scale set up by characteristics indicated Pintrich, Smith, Garcia, McKeachie (1991). results show that instructors are top group, there no difference salary, work or
